Its weird you didn't notice it because you just got done talking about coal nodes and how you think they only spawn in quarry and volcano ... But the new side area in the quarry cave is FULL of both coal nodes and the gray rocks that guarantee stone drops from them. Its a super useful source of those 2 resources that you totally undersold.

I've always wondered why there were no real stakes in choosing the community centre. If joja was at least a little cheaper than Pierre's not only would it make sense but early game especially you'd at least feel like you were "doing the right thing" for the town and junimos rather than making a pretty no brainer decision because there's no benefit to going joja
